Tickets and Refunds

All tickets booked for events at the Old Royal Naval College are non-refundable. However, an exchange may be possible. Please ensure you notify us of your wish to exchange your tickets no later than 72 hours before the date of the event.

All Annual Passes and Day Tickets are non-refundable. However, if they are unused, we can change the start date.

In exceptional circumstances, if an event must be cancelled or rescheduled or the site is closed, we will contact all ticket holders in advance of the original event date to discuss options. Please ensure we have your correct contact details when booking your ticket. Occasionally parts of the Old Royal Naval College may be closed for maintenance or for technical reasons. Tickets will not be refunded, and no compensation will be paid in the event of such closures. However, we can re-schedule your visit.

Any tickets that have been Gift Aided cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Once Gift Aid has been applied, we are required by HMRC to regard the payment for tickets as a donation which cannot be refunded. Please view government guidance here if you require further information on Gift Aid terms and conditions.

Only tickets purchased through the ORNC Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission.

General admission day tickets purchased via approved agents cannot be upgraded to an Annual Pass.

Discounted promotional general admission day tickets cannot be upgraded to an Annual Pass irrespective of point of purchase. This includes (but is not restricted to) percentage off campaigns, buy-one-get-one-free offers, external organisation membership discounts and group tickets.

Tickets sold via unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission.

Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.

Some events may have specific conditions of sale. These will be listed on the event pages for that event on our website and it is your responsibility to check this before purchase.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.

The Old Royal Naval College reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.

Tickets are required for each child. All customers aged 16 years or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. You may be required to provide proof of age as a condition of admission. Some events and/or specific seating areas may have different age restrictions. It is your responsibility to check restrictions before purchase. The policy relating to children does vary considerably depending on the individual event and specific event age restrictions or recommendations can be found on the individual event page on our website.

Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

Your ticket(s) or reservation has no monetary value and is not for resale.

Tickets issued at zero value for approved guides, teachers, carers and coach drivers cannot be exchanged for any other product and are specific to the event that they have been issued for.
