The Painted Hall, Chapel & Visitor Centre
Daily | 10am-5pm (last entry 4.30pm)

Grounds
Daily | 8am-11pm

Closures

When we are hosting special events, we sometimes need to close areas early. Any early or partial closures will be published on our website below, in advance.

On Tuesday 19 November, the Chapel will open from 12.15 to 2.15pm for private prayer and contemplation.

The Painted Hall will close:

• Friday 22 November – all day
• Tuesday 26 November – all day
• Thursday 12 December – early closure at 4pm
• Tuesday 24 December – Thursday 26 December – all day
• Tuesday 21 January until Friday 24 January – all day
• Wednesday 29 January 2025 – all day

The Nelson Room will close:

• Friday 29 November – all day

Tours

We run talks throughout the day in the Painted Hall as well as daily tours that are all included in the price of your ticket; simply join a tour on the day.*

*Subject to availability, please ask a member of staff what tours are available on the day.

Painted Hall Talks
