Spring is here, and we have an exciting season packed with immersive events, exclusive tours and family fun.

Whether you’re an art lover, history buff, film enthusiast, or simply curious to learn more about our fascinating site, there’s something for everyone at the Old Royal Naval College this spring.

The new season begins with the return of our much-beloved Secret Dome Tours. Until the end of summer, you can ascend to the top of Sir Christopher Wren’s dome and uncover one of London’s hidden treasures. If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, discover the stories in the Painted Hall ceiling and the rich history of our site with one of our daily expert-led guided tours.

April welcomes a new immersive weekend, inviting you to travel back in time and celebrate the Tudor history of the site. Experience the Tudor era like never before with a weekend filled with activities, talks, food and drink, live period music, and a historic market.

Later in the month we welcome award-winning choir, The BIG Sing, to our neoclassical chapel. Bringing their signature style to our site for one night only, the group promises an evening filled with joy, vibrancy and community spirit.

May sees the return of a firm favourite. Returning for the fourth year, the Greenwich Dog Show is set to bring the best canine talent to the Old Royal Naval College. This much-loved celebration will include an expanded competition, celebrity judges, spectacular prizes and an exciting marketplace filled with everything a dog (or their human) could wish for.

As the summer approaches and the days get sunnier, it is time to head outside and enjoy the best our heritage site has to offer.  Experience an outdoor performance perfect for the whole family as the Three Inch Fools bring the epic adventure, King Arthur and the Holy Fail, to our riverside masterpiece. That same week, Docklands Sinfonia brings an unmissable concert of Cinematic Sounds to the Chapel, featuring some of the most iconic film scores ever produced.

Also returning this Spring are our ever popular wellness offers: Feel Good Fridays and Lie Down and Listen, offering a chance to rest, reflect and take a break from the pace of city life.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Old Royal Naval College this Spring, as we celebrate 300 years of the Painted Hall.
