Introducing the Greenwich Wellbeing Retreat
Mon 14 Sep 26
For one day only, our riverside estate will be transformed, giving visitors the chance to pause and reconnect with themselves in the spectacular surroundings of our Baroque heritage site.
Experience the 300-year-old Painted Hall in a new way, and take a moment for yourself with mini wellbeing taster sessions – from yoga to sound healing and tarot – all included in the general admission ticket (£22).
Outside, our riverside grounds will be transformed with a wellbeing marketplace, featuring nourishing food stalls and independent brands, providing the perfect complement to a day where history meets relaxation.
For those looking to deepen their experience, the retreat offers a range of additional wellbeing activities running from morning to late evening. The day begins with a Morning Yoga session with a private tour of the Painted Hall. New parents can enjoy Parent and Baby Yoga, offering an opportunity for gentle movement and connection with other families.
While our Wellbeing Hub in the historic Chapel, promises a programme of talks and Q&As from leading wellbeing experts, including Rosamund Dean, Kate Rowe-Ham, Dorin Varza and Kasia Richer, who will explore subjects including nutrition, healthy ageing and finding inner balance.
Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy a range of additional experiences from reflexology and massages, to cacao ceremonies and creative journaling sessions. As evening falls, the experience continues inside the Painted Hall with a duo of Lie Down & Listen sessions, bringing the day to a close.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your wellbeing practice, take time out from everyday life or simply experience the Painted Hall in a completely different way, the inaugural Greenwich Wellbeing Retreat offers a unique opportunity to pause, reconnect and reset in one of London’s most spectacular heritage settings.
