The Conservation and Retrofit category recognises the “restoration and reuse of buildings, across any sector, where efficient use is made of existing fabric and embodied energy: from historic restorations to contemporary insertions and recycled buildings.”
The winner is due to be announced on 3 July where we’re hoping to be able to add to our recent Museums & Heritage Award and RIBA wins for the Painted Hall.
Plus in conjunction with the London Festival of Architecture, everyone is invited to select their favourite project in a People’s Choice vote across the entire New London Architecture award nominations. You can vote online or by clicking on our listing via the NLA website and tweeting your support.
