About the event
A heart-warming Christmas performance is returning to Admiral’s House this winter!
Join Santa’s Elves as they stumble upon a bag of untouched Christmas letters a few days before the grand celebration. Faced with the daunting task of ensuring no child is left without a gift on Christmas morning, they embark on a chaotic journey, enlisting the assistance of the ever-gracious Mrs. Claus and members of the audience. With some joyful singing, dancing, magic, lots of silliness and a surprise guest, will they be able to save Christmas just in time?
This interactive production is designed to captivate individuals of all ages, making it a perfect family affair. It offers an immersive experience that will leave everyone with a heart full of festive joy, whilst introducing the youngest members of the audience to the enchantment of Christmas. After the show, parents and children will have the opportunity to take photos with the performers and take away a nice list certificate signed by Mrs Claus.
Please note: The show features a costume character bear which some younger audience members may find overwhelming. The bear does not go near anyone in the audience and is very friendly.

When you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation. Please be ready to show this confirmation upon arrival, either on your phone or as a printed copy.

You can buy additional child tickets on top of your Family Package to The Elves and the Magic Bear for the usual price of £13. Entry to the Painted Hall is free for children aged 16 and under.
Q9: What time shall we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the show to check in.
If you wish to arrive earlier than 15 minutes, we recommend visiting the Undercroft Café in the neighbouring King William building (where the Painted Hall is), which is 118 metres from Admiral’s House (approximately a three-minute walk). It is open 10am-5pm and offers a wide range of freshly prepared sandwiches, pastries and daily hot and cold specials.

As per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session. However, where possible, we will allow latecomers to join, provided they can do so without causing any disturbance to other guests, but please be advised that late admittance is not guaranteed.

Yes, there will be an indoor buggy park area available, but spaces are limited.
