What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound, music, and vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It is based on the idea that certain sounds and frequencies can positively affect the body and mind by reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

What is a gong bath?

A gong bath is a sound massage for the body and mind, and it can help us connect with our body to feel rejuvenated. This is ideal for those who like the idea of a massage, but don’t like to be touched. Gongs can kick-start the process of healing, but also test your resistance in letting go. All you have to do is lay down comfortably, with a pillow and a blanket, and drift off into a deeply relaxed state.

Why is Mars Gong different?

The spirit of Mars is one of decisive action and determination. When the Mars gong is sounded, the body is brought into a state of attention and readiness, where mental and physical obstacles can be readily overcome, and the next step may be taken toward growth and development. Therapeutically, the Mars gong is enlivening, helping to dislodge obstructions in circulation and musculature so that the body can move forward without impediment. The energy of Mars can give us the strength to accomplish goals that require visionary courage.
