The ground floor of the building is fully accessible. Please note that there is no lift to the first floor, which is accessed via a staircase of 30 steps.

Are tickets refundable? – Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are valid for the date and time shown on the ticket.
Can I visit the Painted Hall on my ticket? – Your ticket guarantees entry to the event only. If you wish to visit the Painted Hall, and the Peace Doves installation, you will need a separate ticket.
Are there toilets close by? – Yes, there are toilets within the building, including an accessible one.
