TfL: Terms and Conditions
The Old Royal Naval College is collaborating with Transport for London to offer their customers 30% off General Admission tickets from 3 June to 17 November 2024. Please read the terms and conditions for this offer below.
- The Old Royal Naval College is collaborating with TfL to offer TfL customers 30% off General Admission tickets when they show their TfL journey on the day of their visit via the TfL Oyster and Contactless app.
- The offer is valid from 3 June 2024 to 17 November 2024, excluding the first Sunday of every month (7 July, 4 August, 1 September, 6 October, and 3 November).
- The offer is available for up to four (4) adult tickets within one transaction.
- Entry is free for children aged 16 and under. Up to four (4) children may attend with each paying adult.
- Children may be asked to provide proof of age.
- The offer is pre-book only via the link provided by TfL.
- At least one person from each party must show proof of travel for the same day via the TfL Oyster and Contactless app, which must be downloaded and logged into in advance. Tickets will only be deemed valid if a minimum of one person in the party is able to show a TfL journey that same day. If they are unable to do so, then the difference in the ticket price will need to be paid.
- Offer is valid for the specified 30% discount and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or offers.
- The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- The offer applies to standard General Admission tickets only and is not valid for special events. This offer does not apply to concession prices.
- Tickets redeemed through this offer cannot be converted into an Annual Pass.
- The Old Royal Naval College reserve the right to withdraw the promotional code at any time without prior notice.
- The Old Royal Naval College is not always open seven (7) days a week, and closures may occasionally take place. Please check our opening times and closures for latest information.
- Occasionally parts of the Old Royal Naval College may be closed without prior notice. Tickets will not be refunded, and no compensation will be paid in the event of such closures. However, we can re-schedule your visit, to do so you, please contact us at boxoffice@ornc.org
